Areas of application

Bitumen grouting heater for the gentle, controlled melting and processing of all BORNIT^® hot grouting compounds. The chassis allows the heater to follow the crack easily. The hot grouting compounds can be circulated evenly and reliably during the melting process by the manual agitator.

Type and properties

The Sealent Heater is a compact device designed for the gentle melting and convenient application of joint sealing compound. It comes with a 50-liter container (maximum usable capacity: 49 liters) and is equipped with indirect propane heating.

A manual stirring mechanism ensures proper circulation of the melted material. The side-mounted sealing sled, positioned within the operator’s field of view, allows for precise application of the hot compound into the joints. The discharge slide enables manual dosing of the sealing compound as needed.

The chassis with two swivel casters allows the operator to follow the crack line accurately.

Storage

Store away from moisture, keep away from sources of ignition!

Disposal note

Dispose of the stove in accordance with the regulations in force at the time of its final decommissioning. Place steel parts (tank, frame) in the steel scrap. Place gas fittings in the non-ferrous metal scrap. Bitumen residues must be disposed of in accordance with official guidelines (EAK waste code 17 03 02, bitumen mixtures, or 05 01 17, bitumen).
