Add-on module for the BORNIT^® Flexomat 3.1; used for the rapid and clean application of BORNIT^® Crack Flex and BORNIT^® SpeedUp.

Type and properties

For the machine rehabilitation or sealing of cracks in asphalt road construction using the cold method.

Processing

The SpeedUp container is screwed to the module plate at the front of the BORNIT^® Flexomat 3.1 with screws.
The hose for material transport is connected by means of a union nut to the intended thread of the material discharge pipe of the Flexomat (right side in the centre of the pressure vessel).
The spray head cart is guided along the crack depending on its course.

Store the crack module in a dry and frost-free place! The nozzle must be cleaned thoroughly after use and protected against drying out. If stored for a short time (max. 2 weeks), the material can remain in the system.

The module must be stored in a dry place and protected from frost.
